"I have always been a writer, a reader and an advocate for books. When I was young I would write stories and poems and enter writing competitions. As I got older, I have notebooks full of ideas and quotes I like, poems and words. I wanted to be a journalist but my path was not there. I studied Hotel Management and life got busy.

Work, marriage, moves, kids, you get the idea. A few years ago I decided to start a blog one night on a whim, it was called Family Encourager. It gave me a chance to write about life and family, I loved writing again. For as long as I can remember I wanted to be a published author. Covid and the lockdown of 2020, gave me the peace and quiet I needed, not only to write but to finally achieve my life dream of publishing my 1st book.

Snowy and Zoey in a New World was published in October 2020! It hit No. 1 on amazon bestseller list in the first 36 hours and stayed there for a while and it won a Canada Book Award, to name a few achievements. The 2nd book in the series, Snowy and Zoey's Big Life Lesson was published in November 2021 and my author's life was well on its way."
